Olathe Corn & Hatch Chile Blue Crab Cake 🦀🌽🌶️

Burgundy: Earth-driven and bright, showcasing the epitome of Old World Pinot Noir.

Châteauneuf-du-Pape: Grenache-dominant, with juicy red fruit, savory spice, and a peppery finish.

Saint-Émilion: A classic Right Bank Bordeaux. Merlot-dominant, with rich black fruit, crushed violet petals, and graphite.

🍷 Meet the Vintner: John Sutcliffe of Sutcliffe Vineyards 🍷

Join us for a beautiful evening outside along the San Juan River as we welcome John Sutcliffe, founder of Sutcliffe Vineyards, for an intimate wine tasting experience.

Throughout the evening, you'll enjoy at least four award-winning wines, including several of Sutcliffe's 90+ point selections rated by Wine Enthusiast, paired with an assortment of heavy hors d'oeuvres and seasonal snacks.

Something special is coming to Pagosa Springs.
You probably know Chef Justin & Kaitra Jacobs from Meander Riverside Eatery, but in just one month they'll officially launch Desert Standard—their new catering company centered around live-fire cooking, locally sourced ingredients, farm-to-table values, and flavors inspired by cuisines from around the world.

To celebrate their debut, we're teaming up for an unforgettable Thai BBQ Dinner on the river.

Expect a vibrant evening inspired by the street food markets of Bangkok, with Chef Justin grilling meats and vegetables over live fire while dinner is served family-style at long communal tables.

Meander will be pouring tropical cocktails, beer, and wine from our outdoor cash bar, making this a community-focused evening you won't want to miss.
