Ben Wi******er brings over 25 years of experience as an Executive Chef to his role at White Plains Golf Club. His culinary leadership spans premier hospitality brands, including Omni Hotels & Resorts and Hilton Hotels Worldwide. Throughout his career, Ben has been instrumental in shaping exceptional food and beverage programs, most notably at the Amelia Island Plantation, where he helped oversee operations across five golf courses, and at Linville Ridge Country Club in Banner Elk, North Carolina, where he played a key role in reimagining the member dining experience.
Known for his passion for Southern casual cuisine and European-inspired fusion, Ben is committed to excellence in both flavor and ex*****on. At White Plains, his focus is building a talented culinary and service team that will deliver memorable dining and event experiences that elevate the club’s reputation.
Outside the kitchen, Ben enjoys quality time with his wife and two children.
With a vision to establish White Plains Golf Club as a destination for both golfers and food lovers, Ben is excited to help position the club as a cornerstone of the Pageland community.
