THE TOFU TASTING FLIGHT MENU HAS BEEN REVEALED!

Four dishes. Four completely different ways to experience the most terrifying ingredient in Paducah!

Mapo Tofu – Silken tofu in a bold, spicy Sichuan-inspired sauce.

Tikka Tofu with Tofu Naan – Indian-inspired tofu tikka masala served with our homemade naan that's ALSO made with tofu!

Whipped Tofu Ricotta Flatbread – Creamy tofu ricotta layered with fresh basil pesto, topped with blistered cherry tomatoes, and baked to perfection.

Dark Chocolate Tofu Tart – Rich, silky chocolate with a strawberry drizzle. Yep, there's tofu in that too!

It’s finally happening, the Branch Out Bake Box is here!

After weeks of testing recipes, packaging, freezing, shipping, and even watching one poor test box take the scenic route across half the country, we’ve officially worked out a way to ship some of our favorite bakery treats straight to your door.

Each Bake Box will be a limited themed drop featuring a mix of Branch Out bakery favorites and special items made just for that box. Once that theme is gone, it’s gone, then we’ll move on to something new.

Our first release is The Great Pumpkin Bake Box, packed with fall flavors and ready to ship on October 19. Quantities are limited, and when this batch sells out, we won’t be making more of this exact box.

And if pumpkin isn’t really your thing… don’t worry.
Apple is next.

Local pickup is available too, so you don’t have to pay shipping if you’re nearby.

THE TOFU IS SPREADING.

Killer Tofu has officially begun appearing around Paducah...

We've been sneaking these posters into businesses around town, and we've still got a few more places to infect.

All of this is leading up to THE TOFU TASTING FLIGHT: October 30 at Branch Out.

Four completely different tofu creations.
From “Yep, that's tofu” to “WAIT... THAT'S TOFU?!”
And we're ending with dessert, because obviously we are.
