Something new is coming to Branch Out weekends!

We've been spending a lot of time in the kitchen lately, testing new dishes, revisiting old favorites, and finding new ways to play with flavors from around the world.

So we're introducing Weekend Features: limited-time dishes available for just one weekend. Some will be completely new, some may come out of the Branch Out vault, and some might be favorites you haven't seen in years.

First up, Carne Asada Weekend, July 17 & 18!

Carne Asada Nachos
Crispy tortilla chips topped with marinated Impossible™ steak, seasoned corn, black beans, pickled cabbage, cashew cheese, green chili sauce, garlic aioli, and fresh cilantro. Saucy, messy, and absolutely loaded with flavor.

Elote Steak Salad
Marinated Impossible™ steak with seasoned corn, cherry tomatoes, black beans, pickled red onions, pickled cabbage, vegan feta and parmesan, pepitas, green chili sauce, and garlic aioli. Creamy, tangy, crunchy, and inspired by the flavors of elote.

These dishes are available Friday and Saturday only, so don't wait too long to try them!

And this is just the beginning. We already have more Weekend Features planned for the rest of the summer.

Summer Mocktails have arrived, thanks to Elixir Kombucha!

Looking for something a little different this Friday? We've been busy creating a lineup of handcrafted kombucha mocktails that are perfect for summer.

Berry Mint Spritz
Tart berries and cool mint come together with Blueberry Pomegranate Kombucha.

Pink Lavender Lemonade
A lavender twist on classic strawberry lemonade that's light and citrusy, topped off with Lavender Lemonade Kombucha.

Tropical Mule
Sweet mango, lime, and ginger, paired with Pineapple Ginger Kombucha.

Unfortunately, Friday After 5 has been canceled this week due to the weather. Mother Nature just hasn't been very cooperative this season.

Even so, we'd like to give a shoutout to the musicians, vendors, organizers, and downtown businesses who continue to put so much work into making these events happen. Here's hoping for better weather next Friday!

In the meantime, if you're looking to brighten a rainy day, stop by for lunch, dinner, or one of our new summer mocktails. We'd love to see you!

After trying a few different options, we're excited to announce that we've brought back Eclipse as our milkshake base!

Even better... we were able to get our hands on a TON of it, so this will be our milkshake mix for the rest of the season.
