We took down our last post just because we’re going to deal with this through the courts
However just because someone has said that they were appointed in a position that doesn’t give them the right to enable shut down destroy someone else’s business, because of their status
still doesn’t make a wrong, right so we please urge everyone that Could not handle the truth to please keep their comments to themselves.
We were merely addressing the last few pacifica local post of this new business coming into our old space, that has been dismantled to our belief like we have been saying illegally
nobody has the right to destroy dismantle or steal somebody else’s business period

We are very disheartened to hear that Pacifica Brewery has been renamed touted in the city council ,paraded around by city officials and chamber of commerce
rebranding it to Rockaway brewery, doesn’t take away the unethical take over the dismantling and what we believe illegal tactics .
furthermore having their ribbon-cutting soon w city officials-seems fake and pretentious. Disingenuous people calling me names with other businesses in town.
it breaks our hearts
While we are still in legal battle with the landlord, to those boasting about a venture capitalist coming in and swooping up Pacifica Brewery . As if it’s the shiny new toy in town ?!
Remember we built it …not this new guy we did!
You can slap paint and throw a tv up but our blood sweat tears 😭 and capital is what build Pacifica brewery.
It makes us very sad to know this has contuined without trying to reach a settlement
Stealing and disregarding people properties is wrong no matter how much money you have to pay lawyers to protect you.
During this time as we are anguished and want it all to end
We are still in the business of good vibes and are hoping to settle all of this soon.

Happy new year everybody.
As we try to navigate this new year, we have been made aware of some pretty alarming stressful information
we are exploring all legal routes and are going to make sure that the law does get involved with the reopening of Pacifica Brewery,now being renamed rockaway brewery. All of our items have never been purchased.paid for or sufficed in anyway!
We found out that the new tenants were the original potential buyers that were in negotiations with us at Pacifica Brewery! Visiting us last year, approaching us on multiple occasions, begging us to take them on as the new potential buyers
After finally going into negotiations they backed out after four months of pretending to buy our lease and business,it was devastating blow
For months they were
going into our office and getting all of our legal files getting into our computer system frequenting our Brewery for four months all while pretending and faking that they were purchasing the brewery from us! They went into business with the landlord who claims he wanted to retire ?! We knew that was a lie but needed the proof
Remember all things done in dark come to light 💡
While the new tenants
Hacked into our Facebook and our Instagram account, opening our mail itemizing what they needed taking back this information to the landlord!! Opening up, our mail is a federal crime. J
We are proceeding with all of these charges.
These are facts that we do have and we do have proof of all this taking place
Once we found out who the tenants were we are devastated to think someone could practice such unethical business. This is fraudulent behavior, we will ask that all those involved be held accountable by the law .

So before you put that fork in your mouth or sit in that chair, ask where it came from ,is it stolen ?!
Just because you painted a building a different color doesn’t make it yours or your property!
remember all of the items have not been purchased as well as our Pacifica brewery panel, that has been taken down and it is missing,we would like to know where that is?
Be careful out there
There are bad actors people that hurt people. It’s a world of greed and very illegal behavior these days
Stay safe and be mindful
As we stated we are going to go the lawful route and make sure all those who have stolen Pacifica brewery property be held accountable

Hi everyone
I know it’s been crazy chatter on all the Pacifica platforms
Many rumors
Floating around
Let me start by clarifying some things here on my page.
This is most likely going to be my last post. Its really time to close this chapter
Remember when this unfortunate situation with our brewery took hold
I said I have my side of story to tell and I will in great detail in time
Most importantly
let’s just get this straight
my family and I have suffered enough at the hands of horrible bad people intentions and gossip
it’s not okay to be speaking about what you do not know about
just a friendly reminder.
I’m smart enough to know that’s on those people that’s their problem.
I’m also honest enough to say it still hurts
You know the saying misery loves company
well go kick rocks and stop being a troll
I understand
You can not stop tentative talk
But as a mother of young adults in town
it’s horrible to see their pain in mindless gutless gossip
Im good im Strong enough to overcome it all
but some people aren’t so resilient
Unfortunately it takes a toll on the people you love most
So let’s get down a few facts
A few years ago when s**t began to hit the fan
a very wise man told me “it’s going to get very ugly I’m
So sorry but it just is “
He said “in this business of crooked people the greed deceit theft and corruption is deadly for your soul”.
He was going through this with his own large restaurant group himself
He said get out
cut your losses and get out it’s never worth it.
I didn’t think it could ever come to that.
It did and exceeded.
One thing I was taught early in life was to always be truthful
in the eyes of lies.. face it,tell it,be about truth
even if it beats you up
truth can’t destroy you.
It really does set you free
So my truth is
Pacifica brewery was stolen from me and my children
I wasn’t given opportunity to sell my equipment my lease had 11 years left
I wasn’t bought out
I wasn’t approached for my equipment or my appliances nor my business or brewery structure none of it
Unfortunately Bad choices someone else made early on allowed unethical mishaps to begin
It was to late to stop this when I took control
This is what I know to be facts
Some how the landlord worked with the bank and my ex on a loan/lean my ex owed.
Landlord believes he bought the structure/business from bank from a
bank to my knowledge was paid in full from my own separate property sale
I still have yet to receive so much as a email from the bank let alone a statement to this being true.
However I know how broken flawed and corrupt our entire system is so,
I won’t be shocked if it’s true.
Our ex landlord and landlord attorneys mastered this with practice ..so cards most likely are in their favor
Our ex landlord rented out the space to new tenants without even a Mention of my equipment being used my tables,chairs every item in the space that was left behind is being used
We had last left it that
The courts put a “hold aka Stay “on equipment by a judge until we met and confirmed for a sale
A stay order ..we thought this was good protection but apparently it was not
So it was devastating to learn new tenants were in space
- [ ] Again I reached out many times to ex landlord
- [ ] I’ve never met or heard from them
- [ ] I do not know who they are or anything about them .
- [ ] We built our dream for my home town Pacifica brewery was a concept we worked on for 10 years. I put everything I had into space every resource I gathered up
- [ ] this is not to have some of you kick a women down and make snarky comments
- [ ] Save it
- [ ] It’s just truth,
- [ ] sadly I’m not the first and won’t be the last to be blindsided and financially destroyed at the intentions of others capital gains. It’s happens daily all over our beautiful country of opportunity
- [ ] I always have practiced ethical moral business structures and hold every person I go into business with at same unfortunately that’s why the business began to fail.
It’s was a great ride
I wish all of you greatness
I miss all of our lovely costumers and Pacifica brewery Faithfuls
It brings me joy to know we created a space for the beer and food lovers to enjoy our space
I’ll continue to set good intentions with whatever I do
Because of this ..I still live an amazing life of love and happiness

Hi all we are getting messages about Pacifica brewery parking lot
here’s what I think is happening
Back before the brewery was taken from me
Be it through bully lawyers or people that take what doesn’t belong to them,because
of a flawed legal system that works for the greedy and unethical
Just little nuggets y’all should know
We were in talks w Toll Brothers
I made a deal with Toll brothers to re do the steep entrance closest to highway 1
I’m assuming that Toll is just doing the same deal re paving the steep entrance making it leveled to make room for the new housing development
More houses in Pacifica yay 😀 aka traffic jam!!
I think that’s what happening

Hey everyone
sorry for lack of updates, unfortunately we have not been informed on any of the things that have been going on in Pacifica Brewery.
We do see the ex Brew Master car there frequently 😞
We’ve been told that apparently it has been rented out.
We just can’t confirm,since nobody has reached out to me the owner of Pacifica Brewery and informed us of what is a potentially happening
Questions I get asked everyday
How Is that legal ?!?! Again we have no idea 🤷‍♀️
The landlord has been in possession of the property, but again that does not give the landlord the possessions that belong to Pacifica Brewery inside to give to somebody else!. At least one would think 🤔
He informed us months ago he had different plans for the space and did not allow me to sell my business
so if anyone has any information that they know of to be factual
please share
we are still at a very, sad loss of what is happening?!
Facts :My equipment is still being held in Pacifica brewery my tables all my appliances every chair dish all fixtures still remain in the space without being purchased.
We’ve made serval attempts to speak with the landlord to of course no avail.
But yet the word is it’s been rented out?!
We seriously have not been spoken to or even asked if we wanted to sell our Pacifica brewery equipment or name.
This is all the news we have sadly at the moment

Hey everyone, quick update.
No It is not us Pacifica Brewery mingling and meddling at the brewery. It is the landlord who is taking it upon himself to act in bad faith towards our business. He has some orders by the court that he has not honored and he also has the ex Brew Master at the brewery snooping around our personal items.
Therefore, I don’t really have much news except that I am dealing with pretty much the worst type of humans and it’s still under a horrible court battle.
Anyone that knows the court system and knows how lawyers and these people work it’s a terrible process. It’s long it’s inconsistent. It’s full of lies and deceit and sometimes even good people bad things happen and the bad people well it goes in their direction, so we can only hope and pray that this all ends soon and karma doesn’t forget
