The ISLAND KOOK just paddled onto the menu and holy hell, look at this thing.

We’re talking grilled pineapple + teriyaki aioli + Swiss cheese + bacon strips all piled onto one glorious, sweet-salty-sticky-meaty situation.

Basically a tropical vacation, except instead of coming home with a sunburn and a questionable souvenir, you get tots.

A Bottle Logic rep will be hanging out starting at 5PM with brewery swag, so swing by, grab some goodies, and nerd out about beer if that’s your thing.

Bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout loaded with cacao nibs and red + black raspberries. Basically liquid chocolate truffle raspberry cake in beer form.

🥃 Layered Infinity
Bourbon barrel-aged barleywine with vanilla and toasted almonds. Huge caramelized dessert energy with a warm barrel finish.
