Our food engineers have been hard at work in the lab, and as you can clearly see from the highly technical schematic provided, this thing is backed by science. Peer reviewed? No. Delicious? The data is looking extremely promising.

The Buffalo Chicken Kook has officially hit the menu, and this thing is STACKED.

Grilled marinated chicken breast, white cheddar, grilled onions, tomato, lettuce, pickled cherry peppers, house-made ranch, and plenty of house-made buffalo sauce.

Pair it with a Felton John, our 5.6% West Coast Pils loaded with Simcoe + Mosaic Cryo. It’s got the hop character of a WCIPA with the crisp drinkability of a pilsner: blueberry, grapefruit, a little pine, and exactly what you want next to a buffalo chicken sandwich.

We’re revisiting the Fried Chicken Kook, because some things are simply too dang good to leave in the past.

Marinated chicken breast gets the panko treatment, fried up golden and crispy, then tucked into a bun with sriracha aioli, crunchy cabbage slaw, fresh radish, and pickled onions.

🚨 NEW BURGER SPECIAL JUST DROPPED AND IT’S A BLUE CHEESE FEVER DREAM. 🚨

Meet the BACON N’ BLUE KOOK. Two beef patties stacked with blue cheese crumbles, blue cheese aioli, bacon strips, spinach, tomato, crispy onions, all barely contained by a sesame bun.

It’s salty. It’s funky. It’s crispy. It’s beefy.

AND BECAUSE WE’RE PROFESSIONALS, WE FOUND IT A DRINKING BUDDY. 🍺

Pair that absolute UNIT with a pint of Shellby Cobra, our 6.5% Fresh Hop WCIPA with Strata & Simcoe. We crammed 20!!! POUNDS PER BARREL of wet Strata into this thing, harvested at Coleman Farms outside Portland and tossed into the mash tun just 24 hours later. Fresh green fruit, ripe berries, and that just-picked hop goodness cutting straight through all that bacon + blue cheese chaos.

We’re opening the doors at 10AM EVERY SUNDAY because apparently watching football at home without 20 taps and a kitchen cranking out food is no way to live.

We’ve got the games on the TVs. We’ve got the b**r flowing. We’ve got food ready to be aggressively shoved into your face while you yell “WHAT THE F**K WAS THAT CALL?!” at a television.

And if the games run late? SO DO WE. We’re hanging around until those Sunday games wrap because nobody deserves to get kicked out during a fourth-quarter meltdown.

Well, for two hours on Sundays. Don’t get too comfortable.

We’re cracking the doors at 10AM tomorrow for football, and apparently waking up this early means we get to eat like absolute kings.

THE BREAKFAST SANDWICH
English muffin, egg, tomato, white cheddar, bacon, spinach + garlic aioli, served open-faced with a heap of tots. Add avocado because you have your life together.

THE BREAKFAST BURRITO
Eggs, bacon, pico de gallo + white cheddar, rolled up with tots and chipotle aioli on the side. Add avocado to this sucker too.

Both are available 10AM–12PM, Sundays only.

Come watch football, eat breakfast, drink a b**r at an hour that makes your mom slightly concerned, and stick around because we’re staying open later to let those Sunday games finish.

We love a Kook Burger as much as the next kook, but this week we decided to give the buns a vacation and GO FISH.

Introducing our Fried Fish Tacos 🐟🌮🌮

Local white fish gets dunked in Humble Sea b**r batter, fried crispy, then loaded into tortillas with crunchy coleslaw and chipotle aioli. Served with housemade tortilla chips + fresh pico de gallo because apparently we’re running a dang taco shack by the beach now 🏠🏄‍♀️

Two tacos. Crispy fish. B**r batter. Chips. Pico. Absolute fire.
