These aesthetically pleasing dishes came out of kitchen last night!!

In addition to being perfectly plated they were also bursting with flavors for the palate!

The photos depict our Mahi Mahi over an orange curry silky sauce and Seared Ahi Tuna over our proprietary sweet red bell pepper sauce companioned by a creamy wasabi....

Both with purple beet mashed potatoes...

We have recently brought on two chefs..... the first is specifically dedicated to pastas alone, the second has focused his entire career on flawless steak flavor and temperature perfection.
