From **hibachi grilled California sheephead** paired with Marchesi Fumanelli Terso Bianco, to **Essa Cabernet Franc** alongside grilled chicken, and a beautifully prepared **slow-roasted lamb shoulder** with Les Roches de Yon Saint-Émilion Grand Cru, our July Wine Club Dinner was a celebration of remarkable food, exceptional wines, and even better company.

In the newest episode of **Rosh Chodesh Club**, Chef Austin puts a creative spin on a summertime favorite with his take on **Japanese Corn Elote**.

Grilled sweet corn is layered with bright yuzu aioli, housemade furikake, vegan feta, fresh shiso, roasted nori, and just the right amount of togarashi for a dish that's smoky, savory, refreshing, and packed with flavor.

Wednesday night was one for the books.

Our Premier Club members gathered for an evening built around exceptional wines, seasonal ingredients, and the kind of shared table experience that makes Wine Club dinners so special.

The night began with Local Halibut paired alongside our Cellar Master Rosé of Merlot, followed by Cherry Braised Bison and a beautifully aged Napa Valley Zinfandel. Then came the centerpiece: a family-style 40oz American Bone-In Ribeye served with ratatouille, roasted cherry tomatoes, and paired with our Special Edition Eminence Red Blend.

Great wine has always been about more than what's in the glass. It's about the conversations, the connections, and the memories made around the table.
