Congratulations to Jayden Lewis for graduating the Oxford Fire Academy yesterday. He has grown up eating at Brad's Bar-B-Que, so it was only natural that his family celebrated his accomplishment by having a great lunch with us. His grandmother, Kathleen Bolton, is a wonderful lady who does a lot of good for our community!! It is always great to see both of them!! Jayden is going to have a great future serving the citizens of Oxford, Alabama as a member of the Oxford Fire Department.

We sure did enjoy the interaction, especially the hugs, with these fine people from Munford Church of Christ in Munford, Alabama during their visit to Brad's Bar-B-Que for lunch this past week.

On their way from Tuscaloosa to Atlanta Wednesday to attend the World Cup match, Taylor Hudson and friends stopped in Brad's Bar-B-Queto get a bite to eat. Taylor and Stokes Laird are childhood friends who haven’t seen each other since playing soccer on the same team in their youth. They still have a lot in common, as they are both managers of successful restaurants!! Taylor is the manager of Southern Ale Southern Ale House in Tuscaloosa. It was great to see these two reunited for a moment!!

Meet Sharon Archie and her husband, Reginald Archie. They are loyal customers of Brad's Bar-B-Que. They are one of the most pleasant couples you could ever know and we look forward to seeing them every week.

It was SO good to see Tatriel Akles and to meet his mother, Tan Akles-Fitch, at Brad's Bar-B-Que yesterday!! Her dad, his grandfather, Dennis Akles, was a dear friend, who left this life too soon. He is missed by many!!! They were here to celebrate their Uncle Scott for his birthday with some great food and fellowship!!! We wish Uncle Scott a Happy Birthday, and Many More!!!
