We will be opening today around 1:45 PM due to a catering event at a local school.

We appreciate your patience over the next few weeks as we work through a temporary daytime staffing shortage, while our college crew makes their way back home.

For now, you may see a few small interruptions to our normal hours, but we expect things to be back to normal by the first week of May!

I had every intention of posting this last week- but as you all know, it’s ice cream season, and time is hard to come by. Between the long days and all the face-to-face moments that make this so special, it got away from me.

Last week, on April 14th, we celebrated eight years of being open and serving Granville County and Oxford.

Over these years, we’ve built so many meaningful relationships and been part of countless moments- both joyful and difficult. We’ve met some truly special people along the way, and those connections mean more to us than words can express.

As a family, we’ve also walked through our own seasons of loss and health challenges. At the same time, we’ve watched our children grow up, graduate, get married, have babies, and reach so many milestones. Life has been happening right alongside this business every step of the way for us and all of you.

Running a small business is not for the faint of heart- it takes time, sacrifice, and a whole lot of learning. But through it all, your continued support, your visits, and your encouragement have meant everything to us.

We are incredibly grateful to each and every one of you who continues to show up and be part of what we’ve built.

We’re excited for what’s ahead as we continue to evolve, grow, and shape what the next eight years will look like.
