We are so deeply grateful to everyone who came out to support Thai Thai Today after the kind words shared about us on the “What’s Happening in Oxford, MS” page. The love and enthusiasm from this community absolutely blew us away.

That said, we also want to offer a heartfelt apology to those who experienced long waits, mixed-up orders, or service that fell short of what we expect of ourselves. The sudden rush was more than our small, opening-month team was ready for, and we take full responsibility for not being better prepared.

We’re already making immediate changes — expanding staff coverage, refining our prep and service systems, and making sure every guest gets the high-quality experience they deserve.

Thank you again, Oxford, for embracing us so warmly. We’ve learned a lot from yesterday and are more committed than ever to earning your trust and your return visits.

We’ve been pouring our hearts (and a lot of elbow grease!) into bringing Thai Thai Today to life here in Oxford. From hanging our new sign to getting every detail inside just right, our small team has been working hard to make this a place you’ll love.

We’re about a week away from opening—can’t wait to welcome you in soon!

We can’t thank you enough for the excitement you’ve shown for Thai Thai Today—some of you have even tried to pop in already!

We’re taking a little extra time to make sure every detail is perfect for your first dining experience with us. That means our grand opening will now be in September.
