Officially our last night open as bistro 143… Theo and Christos thank everyone for everything and all the years of good memories and good times, we will be there tonight, hope to toast you one last time!!

📢 Exciting News for Oxford, CT! 📢

We have decided to pass the torch of Bistro 143 to the wonderful owners of Rose's Family Restaurant. As their business needed a new home, it seemed like the perfect fit for them. It's heartwarming to see the restaurant transition from a family who has served the community for many decades to another great Oxford family and businessmen who have been pillars of the local community for just as long.

We want to extend our deepest gratitude to everyone for their unwavering support, especially to the incredible team who worked at Bistro 143. Our last day open will be Saturday, June 8th.

We're excited about the future and look forward to seeing Rose's Family Restaurant thrive in their new home. Meanwhile, we'll be focusing our efforts on our Middlebury restaurant, Pies & Pub.
