Over the years, Cat has worn more hats than we can count, assistant manager, bookkeeper, caterer, teammate, problem solver, and the first person to jump in wherever she was needed. Whether she was keeping the books in order, covering a last-minute shift, showing up to serve at a catering event, or helping one of our restaurants behind the scenes, she did it all with dedication and a smile.
While we’re sad to see her head to Chicago, we’re so excited to watch her in this next chapter. Thank you, Cat, for everything you’ve done for our team, our restaurants, and everyone lucky enough to work alongside you. Your impact will be felt long after you’ve gone.
