Meet Penelope, a lifelong Chicken Shack fan and officially the coolest kid in class. 😎🍗💜

Since she was very little, Chicken Shack has been her favorite place, so when it came time for her Michigan project, there was only one choice. 🥹

Her mom shared her project with us along with the sweetest throwback photo, and honestly? It melted our hearts faster than butter on our Shack Potatoes. 🥔💜

We knew we had to do something special, so we treated Penelope's entire class and teachers to lunch! Even better, Neil Sobeck personally delivered the food and answered all of their awesome questions.

To make things even sweeter, the class surprised us with handmade thank-you cards. 💌

We had so much fun with Penelope and her classmates, and getting to be part of her project made our whole week. Thanks for making us part of your Michigan project, Penelope...we're lucky to have fans like you in the Chicken Shack family. 💜🍗
