not a coffee shop reopening update…sorry…😕
but, we forgot to tell our wonderful cd family a little thing we’re doing now.
the picture here reminds us of those amazing coffee flights…. weren’t they just the best? 🤤
what’s the connection?
in addition to our church, , we’ve added a little cottage baking business!
and today we introduced a sourdough flight, or sampler, we don’t know what to call it yet…🤷🏼‍♀️
we offer full size loaves, muffins and local (lake orion and oxford free home delivery!)

what an amazing day.
what a beautiful thing you, our community, created.
today, hurting hearts gathered.
and there seems to be a quiet consensus that we are stronger together.
and while we’ve been so incredibly sad for one year, there is still joy to be found in each other.
people are still good.
it’s been so hard.
but we will make it through together.
we will never forget.
but we will move forward together, step by step.

this evening closes a chapter in the Common Denominator story.
it’s so bittersweet.
today filled our hearts.
this concept is one that must go on.
when?
where?
that remains to be seen.
so for now, we pause.
in the waiting we look forward to what’s next.
