Unfortunately Cass County 81 (University Drive) is CLOSED Again North of Hickson/Oxbow due to Construction Issues with the FM Diversion Project.😿😿

The Knickerbocker will be only accessible from the South on County Road 81 for an Indefinite Period of Time due Construction Issues from the FM Diversion Project and Cass County 81 Road raise North of Hickson/Oxbow.
If you are heading to the Knickerbocker on County Road 81 (University Drive) South, Please follow the detour to I-29 on County Road 16 where the detour signs are located. Take I-29 South to Exit 50.
If traveling on I-29 North or South, Please take Exit 50 off of I-29 then East on County 18 to 4-way STOP on County 81, then turn left (North) to Hickson. If traveling North on County 81 from South of Hickson/Oxbow, proceed as normal to the Knickerbocker.
