Fancy That is growing 🖤

Over the years, Fancy That Charcuterie has become such a fun creative outlet for me, and I’m excited to share a little extension of it with you- Fancy That Home.

I’ve always loved the little details that make a space or an event feel extra special. The vintage pieces, beautiful servingware, unique décor or those one-of-a-kind finds you don’t see everywhere. Fancy That Home is a place for me to share some of those finds with you.

And don’t worry, Fancy That Charcuterie isn’t going anywhere. We’ll still be creating the boards, grazing tables and pretty food you know us for. This is simply an extension of what I already love doing. 🤎

I’ve already started adding some of my first finds to the group, with lots more coming soon.

After carefully monitoring the latest guidance surrounding the Cyclospora outbreak, we're happy to share that Fancy That Charcuterie is officially reopening our books! 🤍

Thank you to everyone for your patience, understanding, and support over the past few weeks. Your kindness has meant so much to our small business.

Moving forward:
• We will not be serving lettuce.
• We will continue to offer hand-selected fresh fruits and vegetables upon request, using the same care and attention to quality that we always have.

The health and safety of our customers will always come first, and we're excited to get back to creating beautiful boards and grazing tables for your special events.

We can't wait to celebrate with you again! ✨

Thank you to everyone who voted for us, trusted us with your celebrations, and continue to support our small business. This recognition truly means the world to us.

While this week has brought some unexpected challenges, your encouragement, kind messages, and understanding have reminded us how fortunate we are to be part of such an amazing community❤️

An Important Update from Fancy That Charcuterie ❤️

Many of you are likely aware of the ongoing parasitic illness affecting people here in Shiawassee County, across Michigan, and in other areas of the country.

At this time, with the source of the outbreak still unknown, we do not feel comfortable moving forward with charcuterie boards or catering services. Because our business centers around fresh foods, including fruits and vegetables, we simply aren’t willing to take any unnecessary risks when it comes to the health and safety of our clients and community.

We have been in communication with the Health Department and, out of an abundance of caution, have made the decision to temporarily pause our services until more information is available and the source of the outbreak has been identified.

This was not an easy decision, especially during our busy summer event season, but the health and safety of the people we serve will always come first. We would rather be overly cautious than take a risk when there are still so many unknowns.

We will continue to stay informed and will share updates as we know more. We are hopeful this pause will be short and that we’ll be back to creating beautiful boards and serving our community very soon. ❤️
