Four years ago, I set forth on this journey of becoming a business owner and a father. What a journey it has been. This year my daughter turns 4 years old this month and TacoJoe turns 3 years old next month.
From sleepless nights as a single father to pop ups in below freezing temperatures. Running a food truck solo is one of the most intense physical and mental exercises I could ever imagine putting myself through.
But I love it, and all of you make it worth it, I am eternally grateful for all of you.
TacoJoe is expanding and has just recently passed inspection and was granted its second eating place license located in owls head, attached directly to the Owls Head Transportation Museum with this new location comes a menu upgrade to 3 more options for proteins to stuff your burrito with. To salads/wraps and also smash burgers. Indoor and outdoor seating
Contact me if you need a venue for a private party, a bridal shower, a baby shower, graduation party or event a business meeting, or any ither type of gathering with food available!
For the grand opening I am thinking more like a super burrito eating competition with the grand prize to be tickets to a comedy show!
This I cannot do alone if anyone has any interest in joining a growing business I will be putting out an application on indeed for the next couple weeks I will be looking for part time staff and per diem staff for the museums big events, fairs with the food truck and other large events. Chances to get a front row seat to airshows, the largest auto auction in New England, pit races and much more, feel like getting out and traveling with the food truck there will be opportunity for that too!
Thank you everyone and bless you all! Stay tuned for updates!
