Taco Joe is a food truck serving the midcoast of maine delicious mouth watering tacos that range from carne asada, seasoned chicken, to slow roasted pork carnitas, each meat coated with a different blend of authentic Mexican spices, burritos quesadillas!

Its friday!! And what a beautiful friday it is! Walking around the fair wondering what that wonderful smell is? Its probably the pork carnitas I have slow cooking in the window :)

We're located right at the beginning of the commercial area at the Windsor Fair! Come on by and say hi! Mayne even get a burrito and some tacos to enjoy!

Top of the morning to ya!! And a happy taco Tuesday! We're so happy ro be back at the Windsor Fair! Here for the stretch of 10 days from saturday with labor day being the final day

Looking for something thats not fried?! Come on by and ill hook you up with the best burritos and tacos in the midcoast!
Gluten free available too!!

I didn't even realize i was nominated nor that I placed, im extremely happy and thankful to have been voted into second place for midcoast best of the best food truck

So happy to see all my vendor friends again!

Id like to introduce you all to my neighbor! If you have horses, dogs, or if you are human definitely stop by and Source Micronutrients since 1975 they have been supporting many forms of life with the nutrients they need that are relatively unavailable nowadays!

I'm very excited to finish all these prior commitments and have a set schedule for the brick and mortar down at the Owls Head Transportation Museum !!

Wow it's been such a busy august already with fairs, festivals, the air show, weddings and private events!

But we are open in owls head today! 117 museum street at the Owls Head Transportation Museum

After all these prior commitments im excited to focus on our fixed location and be able to bring everyone a set schedule for weekly hours at our fixed location!

Happy Thursday! Taco joe is open today at 117 museum street owls head maine! Open from 11am till 7pm! Located right at the Owls Head Transportation Museum!
