What a great day for the Crab Soup Cook-Off downtown at Sail250® Maryland & Airshow Baltimore ! 🦀

It was a pleasure spending the evening alongside so many talented local chefs, caterers, and restaurants, all celebrating one of Maryland’s most iconic dishes.

Chef Jason put his own spin on tradition with a Maryland Crab Soup finished with a light cream of crab espuma, bringing together two local favorites in one bowl. We had a great time sharing our soup, meeting fellow competitors, and celebrating Maryland’s incredible culinary community.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by for a taste—we’re already looking forward to next year!
