Today's pot is our Yemenite Chicken Soup—slow-simmered with tender chicken thighs and legs, potatoes, white beans, fresh herbs, and warm, comforting spices that make every spoonful feel like home.

Soup season is back!

As we settle into the New Year, we'd like to wish everyone a heartfelt Shanah Tovah and G'mar Chatimah Tovah. Thank you for your continued love and support—it truly means the world to our family.

We're already looking forward to building the sukkah later this week, celebrating Sukkot together, and welcoming everyone back for another beautiful season.

Some mornings... you just can't resist. 🤤

The smell of our fresh shakshuka was filling the kitchen, so Yossef did what anyone would do...

He made himself breakfast. 😂

Creamy homemade hummus, rich shakshuka, perfectly cooked eggs, and warm pita for dipping.

Simple. Fresh. Comforting. Absolutely delicious.

Honestly... we don't blame him one bit.

After almost 40 years of marriage... I learned something new about Yossef. 😂

He'll happily eat the vegetables from the matzo ball soup...
..but he NEVER eats the matzo balls.

So today, I made him try one.

Let's just say there was a lot of laughter... and these might just be the fluffiest matzo balls we've ever made. 🍲❤️

The holidays were such a whirlwind that we never got the chance to wish everyone a happy and healthy New Year—but please know that we were thinking of you and are so grateful for every single person who has supported us.

Now we're back, the hummus is fresh as always, the kitchen is buzzing, and we're excited to welcome everyone back through our doors.

I'm just sitting here enjoying my afternoon coffee...
..when Hana walks over and says, "Try this."

Apparently the dessert experiments have reached a whole new level. 😂🍎

Meet our brand new Apple Pistachio Baklava, created especially for Rosh Hashanah.

Delicate layers of flaky pastry filled with sautéed apples, warm cinnamon, and pistachios, finished with a bright hint of lemon that ties it all together.

I honestly don't have the words.
