Today is Kat's birthday! Lets all join in on wishing her big blessings 🎉 If you've ever been to Callas then you've surely had the pleasure of being greeted (or startled 😂) by her.

From day one Kat has been the first face that everyone sees when they enter Callas and we couldn't be more blessed to have her as part of our work family!

I want to say thank you to these men right here! They have put in numerous hours over the past few weeks, working day and night getting our kitchen and menu ready for opening day.

On a side note.. I've been in this business long enough to know that perfection is a long shot for any grand opening. But I can guarantee that we will do our best! Just be patient and kind and enjoy the company and we'll make sure you leave with a smile!

GRAND OPENING will be this Thursday August 22nd!

We are currently accepting reservations online as of right now and you can find the link on Google! Feel free to call as well!

Our initial hours will be:
Tuesday - Saturday 4pm to 10pm

We will be adding a Saturday Brunch in the coming weeks!

Then we will be offering the upstairs for a variety of occasions in the near future.

Then lastly we would like to work our way into the lunch scene but that could be several weeks away.

Tasting a few items with the front of house 🔥

We will be opening our doors next week so be on the look out for more info coming soon!

We'll start taking reservations on Monday. They'll be available online or over the phone. Reservations wont be required but definitely recommended!

Our website and phone number will also be live on Monday as well!

We'll keep you updated on here with our menu drop and the exact opening date!

Historic view inside The Callas - circa 1928! That's Mr. Callas himself there behind the counter. You can find this picture displayed in our dining room along with many others from the past.

So moving on to the future.. we are getting closer to an opening date! We are estimating a grand opening around mid August. We will be announcing an exact date soon along with a menu drop and how to make a reservation if you'd like!

Here's a neat story!

In the basement of the Callas building there is a massive marble counter top that dates back 100 years. It was original to the Callas Sweet Shop and Mr.Callas used it for making his candy. This thing weighs over 1000lbs and is most likely never leaving the basement.

With that being said, we were able to remove a small portion of the marble (300lbs) that had previously been cut from the slab and created this historic center piece for the bar back.
