After a great deal of reflection, conversation, and time, we have made the incredibly difficult decision not to reopen Niko’s Italian Cuisine.
This decision was not made lightly. Niko’s was never just a restaurant. It was a dream built by my father and mother, a labor of love rooted in family, tradition, and hard work. When we continued Dad’s dream after his passing, we carried that vision forward with deep pride and responsibility, determined to honor what my parents created. For decades, Niko’s was a place where people gathered to celebrate milestones, share meals, build friendships, and feel at home.
To our extraordinary staff: all who worked for us through the years; thank you for everything you gave to Niko’s. Your dedication, your long hours, your care for our guests, and the heart you brought into the building every day are what truly made this place special. You were more than employees; you were family. We are endlessly grateful for you and will carry that gratitude with us always.
To our loyal customers, there are truly no words that can fully express our appreciation. Thank you for supporting us year after year, for filling our tables, for sharing your stories with us, and for standing by us through every chapter, including this last, most difficult one. The relationships we built with you meant everything to us, and the memories we made together will never fade.
Although Niko’s will not reopen, what it stood for will always live on, in the stories, the laughter, the friendships, and the love that filled its walls. This community gave Niko’s its heartbeat, and for that, we will be forever grateful.
We will never forget you, and we hope that Niko’s will always hold a place in your hearts, just as you will always hold one in ours.
With deep love and gratitude,
The Niko’s Family
