I just love this sweet boy!
His family is back in Kentucky for a little while and the first thing he said to his granddaddy last night was “Kim’s to eat” and took his grandmas phone to FaceTime me lol! So a special Krogers delivery last night to make sure he had his strawberry’s for his Mickey Mouse pancake!

A canvas that will forever hold a special place in my heart.
Will Evans was able to paint a masterpiece of my dad and myself together. The amount of talent this man has is beyond words and I appreciate the time you took away from your busy schedule and life to bring this dream of mine come to life. I can print any photo I want off of us but to make a canvas freestyle is simply talent. I met will years ago when he asked me to become a sponsor of the Estes bulldog Artcamp a summer program for children and he makes sure (not that I expect him to) to support my business all year long. When I seen his mural on the wall at 5th street park I knew I could trust him with making this and so humbled with the turn out❤️ Thank you will from the bottom of my heart.

Guess who just purchased the first 2 bicycles for the 2026 Kim’s Diner Christmas Wish Bike Drive❤️❤️❤️
Thank you so much to Smitty and Mrs Judi ( my customers that built all the bikes in boxes this past year) for helping me work with some local Storage units to help us with storing bicycles this year so we can get a early start to make sure no child gets left out this year!
This will make it so much easier to ask for donations not so close to Christmas like we usually do because I know money is tight for everyone at the end of the year!
We will start accepting bicycle donations ( brand new) April 1st!

*Forking Good Challenge update with full story*
The forking good challenge was suppose to be a fun competition after burger week again for FUN. We enjoyed every round and appreciated all the votes from everyone. But then yesterday there was a turning point sadly. Around 6:30 last night my daughter showed me where a relative to her not myself was being spiteful and was getting on multiple social medias and making it a laughing game to have MULTIPLE people vote for our competitor a innocent small business that we enjoy as well to kick me out the round. This was not an act to get a business they enjoyed likes but a bully act towards myself. I got tuff shoulders.. My children was affected by this senseless act which is the problem.. I reached out to the food critic last night around 6:40 pm and gave him the heads up and he seen it himself. At 4:30 am we was tied for votes when it ended but then a bunch of “fake profiles” started in and made it look like something unfair was going on. I was woken up to a message of this activity and though I was blown away by the acts of what happened last night I wasn’t surprised more people would ruin such a fun thing we all was enjoying. So I want to give a public apology to Dee's Diner as I know both our intentions was to have fun I forfeited and so did they and that’s absolutely what should not have had to happen. Kim’s Diner for awhile will be staying out of fun activities for now because I’m absolutely embarrassed.
