I found this pizza peel at Goodwill and decided it needed to become a piece of art.

This one was inspired by the Electric Slice Pizza restaurant in Owens Cross Roads, AL. They have really good pizza, but the thing that originally caught my attention was their BRIGHT pink pizza boxes. I don't know why, but I couldn't stop thinking about them.

So I took that idea, grabbed my acrylic paint markers, and turned a random pizza peel into this.

I added the pizza, mushrooms, weird little caterpillar, the checkerboard background and a ridiculous amount of tiny details. Then I sealed the whole thing with resin sealer.

I have to say, I really like how this one turned out.

Electric Slice Pizza, if you happen to see this... I think this pizza peel might belong somewhere around your amazing HOT PINK pizza oven.

I'd honestly love to see it hanging in your restaurant if you'd be interested in displaying it.

And if you haven't tried their pizza yet, go do that too. That's what started this whole thing in the first place.

We pile on Crumbled Sausage, Pineapple, Bell Peppers and finish this hero off with Italian Herb Seasonings. Fired to Perfection in our Brick Oven so nice that even Higgins would approve!

🍕⚡️🦉 We had a blast serving up slices to the families at the Goldsmith-Schiffman Elementary open house last week! There’s nothing like mixing it up with these great people while a giant slice walks around cheesing it up with everyone 😂🍕⚡️🦉
