The word for the days going forward is “intention”. Every day, I am intentionally moving my body and intentionally creating something in the kitchen, so I can get back to making magic for you all! Today, I made blueberry muffins from scratch with amazingly delicious blueberries picked by my boyfriend and myself from Southern Hill Farms !!!
