GROUND BEEF | Something so simple & shouldn’t be so complicated. Our ground beef is ground fresh, in house, constantly. It is made from only whole muscle trimmings from inside our store, predominately our South Dakota sourced premium beef.
There is ZERO cheap, foreign sourced ground beef or whole muscle beef going into our ground products.
Most big box stores/chains mix in pre ground product which is sourced from the slaughterhouses(this is why they are susceptible to ground beef recalls and we aren’t). Often frozen or many days old before it gets to the big box store. And by the way… it’s cheaper here than virtually anywhere else in the area. 🐄
