My grandfather came from Italy Wayback in the day and when he sailed into New York Harbor he saw the Statue of Liberty. He was so overjoyed to finally be here in America that he opened a bakery in New Jersey and called it liberty bakery and had a picture of the Statue of Liberty in his window. This is where we get our name "Liberty" from. To take it a step further we thought that many people have family members who came to our great country from their home country, your family also traveled this hard road and because of their sacrifice you now have YOUIR LIBERTY....

So we thought to honor our and all peoples family members who did all of the extremely difficult things it takes to change their lives and actually move from their home country to our great country the USA, well we should honor the hard "Road" they took. Combine that with my Grandfather, Giuseppe Agostini's Liberty Bakery with the long road to get here and thus our name is born... LIBERTY ROAD.... BARBECUE.
