If the ones you used to eat didn't look like this, then they didn't taste like this either. We use an 80 year old recipe for the shells using old school techniques and make the pastry cream from scratch with European butter & real cream.

Note: We make our own chocolate ganache from dark chocolate, this is not that compound chocolate flavored coating that comes in buckets. This is the real deal!
