As a brand new truck, we have been learning so much about this super fun industry! We have a flexible menu right now so that we can cater to different events. Here are some of our most popular plates. Our nachos are always a favorite, and our homemade meatballs are becoming a huge hit. They are the perfect size for fun little sliders. For our school events, we serve up all the kids favorites. Mac n cheese, hot dogs, and grilled cheese. We are a work in progress, flexible, figuring it out and enjoying the journey. It’s not easy, but I’m finding joy doing what I love ❤️ Up next…a new pasta option 🇮🇹🍝

The Appetizer Truck had a fun time at The Bellows tonight but unfortunately suffered a catastrophic tire blow out on the way home. Trying vigorously to get back on the road for an event tomorrow at Bourgmont Winery. Wish us luck that we can find the tire and repair we need by 11am tomorrow!! 🥲

It is my pleasure to introduce you to The Appetizer Truck. Our food truck concept is to be more of a grazing experience combined with a few hearty options. Think top half of a restaurant menu with something for everyone.

Cooking and entertaining have been a passion of mine since I was a little girl. Born and raised in New York, I’ve been around amazing cuisine my entire life. Some of my recipes have been passed down and some I’ve just perfected along the way.

My recipes are made using premium ingredients and of course the most important one, LOVE!

I look forward to sharing my delicious recipes and new food truck with the community!
