🎓 Congratulations to all the Class of 2026 seniors! 🎉

We had the honor of serving brunch at a graduation party yesterday, and it was such a beautiful day to celebrate! ☀️

Guests came right up to the truck and enjoyed favorites like breakfast burritos, breakfast biscuits & croissants, pancakes on a stick, and chicken tenders! 🌯🥐🥞🍗

Thank you for letting Richie Rich’s be part of such a special celebration. Wishing all the graduates an amazing future ahead! 🎓✨

This warm weather has us dreaming about food truck season🌞🚚
One thing we know for sure—our famous Southwest Egg Rolls are always a hit. Stuffed with black beans, smoky corn, chicken, and cheese, seasoned just right, then rolled into a perfectly crisp wonton wrapper and served with salsa… they disappear fast!

We’ll serve them anywhere we can park—schedule your event soon, weekends are filling up!
