At Wakadoo's GFB (Gluten-Free Bakery), we strive to create delicious treats that are free of gluten and full of amazing flavor and quality. (You won't even be able to tell they are gluten-free!)

We currently make all products in our home kitchen while we are looking for certified GF commercial kitchen space. While we are not certified gluten-free, our kitchen has been free of gluten since we foun

d out about our various gluten allergies and intolerance over six years ago. Since the beginning of our GF journey, we've tried every gluten-free treat we could find but we were always a little disappointed in the texture or flavor of the product. So we have made it our mission to create gluten-free treats that have amazing flavor AND texture, and after years of recipe-testing we want to share our discoveries with the rest of the gluten-free community!
