July’s Secret Menu feature: Veal Eggplant Parmesan 🇮🇹

Lightly breaded veal topped with eggplant and tomato sauce, then finished with Parmesan and melted Fontina. Mike will tell you the Fontina is what takes it over the top—and Gina steps in for the official taste test as she takes on more around the restaurant.

The Garozzo family comes from the foot of Mount Etna, and Michael’s grandfather was from Milo, Sicily - a town known for its volcanic soil, Carricante grapes, and beautiful Etna Bianco. The Benanti family even purchased land from the Garozzos in that area to help produce their Bianco, making this w**e connection personal for our family.

A little Sicilian history, a little family pride, and a room made for gathering. Come enjoy a glass with us at Garozzo’s. You’ll always have a seat at our table.
