Overland Park KC Hopps Strouds Chicken owes Julian Dalton Meinecke a gross check of $2,610 for 120 hours of unpaid overtime for three weeks of the grand opening when he worked 80 hour weeks and received 40 hour paychecks as a "Back of House Trainer" as he had experience in all fields at Stroud's Oak Ridge Manor, (Kansas City, MO) except for serving because they did not allow this opportunity for males when he worked there circa 2012, minus the bartending position that one male had already occupied and likely still does in 2023. I am not sure if they have changed this sexist routine but we have seen females work in the back of house at both locations. Bussing tables is the only front of house position they would allow males to do. Please let us know if this has changed.
