Our pepperoni comes from Ezzo Sausage Company, a family business curing meats since 1906.

It's cup-and-char. It curls as it bakes, so the edges go crisp and every cup holds a little pool of rich pepperoni oil. Came out of the Buffalo pizza scene, now a favorite of serious pizzerias everywhere.
