A Swedish word that translates to “Taking a break for coffee and a sweet treat.” Fika is a cherished custom in Swedish culture. Fika reflects the Swedish ideal of slowing down. Challenging us to appreciate the little moments.

One of my favorite moments of events is when I can step back, and watch others partake in Fika ☕️
