I think my problem is still mom brain, as soon as the twins are down for the night my brain goes into sleep mode. I'm usually up 30 to 45 min before they wake up. Then strong coffee, a pile of pills, and the 2 little tornadoes are at it for a whole new day.

I did chili last week but I'm craving it again. Maybe chili mac or chili baked potatoes 🥔 or even chili dogs 🌭 but we do Frito Pie more than anything in my house! Frito chips, cheese, my famous smoked chili, diced onion, a little drizzle of mustard and a few good shakes of a good hot sauce. Mmmmm 🔥 😋
