Little update - new docks are in, thanks to Brian Olds and Land O' Lakes Marine. Everyone is welcome to dock there and walk into town.

A brand new deck will be next as we continue to work through the interior permitting and remodel. We were planning to keep the existing pergola above the deck, but unfortunately Cass County is deeming the pergola a "roof" so we're forced to take it down. A bit maddening, but we'll keep plugging away.

Still hoping for a late Aug, early Sept opening.

Good news...plumbing permit was received from the state after almost 90 days of waiting.Plumbers are diving in this week...

Good news...plumbing permit was received from the state after almost 90 days of waiting.
Plumbers are diving in this week. Bad news...this was supposed to be done in March. So...opening day will be late summer/fall, we'll keep plugging away 🔧🔨

It's been too long since the last update - monster old hood is finally removed. Also, two new furnaces have been installed to keep the building toasty. Little things as we wait for the plumbing permit to be approved by the state. It was submitted a month ago, so we should have it anytime now to really get moving. Still hoping for an early/mid summer opening 🍺 🍕 🍔 🍗🌮🍦🍸

A little history in Outing - The Channel, Rough Riders, I think the faded sign says Clearwater Lodge....the Narrows and the Pickled Loon were other names here...any others? Now soon to be Lakeside, honored to be a part of this beautiful location and history.
