Today, we’re holding Ouray close.

Like so many in our community, we’re thinking of everyone affected by the Gold Mountain Fire and all other fires across the Western slope, and are incredibly grateful for the firefighters, first responders, and volunteers working tirelessly to protect the beautiful place we all love.

Ouray has always been defined by the strength of its people, and we’re reminded of that now more than ever.

Passing the real estate exam and actually working with buyers and sellers in Ouray and surrounding areas are two very different things.

Over time, you learn the things that really matter in this business. The psychology behind buying a home. The strategy behind pricing. The way mountain towns behave completely differently from one another.
