Position: Front of House (FOH) Hospitality Specialist
Status: Part/Full-Time (28–30 hours/week)
Compensation: $20.00 – $23.00 / hour (average, including tips) + social media bonuses!
Location: 2818 N Court St. Ottumwa, IA

➡️The Role
We are looking for a dynamic, customer-first Front of House team member who can elevate our guest experience. Whether you’re greeting regulars at the door, holding down the floor, or pouring the perfect pint, your mission is to make every guest feel like family.
💡 Bonus Skills = Bonus Pay: Are you a wizard on social media? If you know your way around Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat, we have additional compensation available for managing and creating content for our channels!
➡️What You’ll Do
Deliver a "customer-first," high-energy hospitality experience to every guest.
Manage floor flow, take orders, and ensure seamless service.
Step behind the bar to serve up our signature brews (or train to get there!).
Act as a self-starter, keeping busy and maintaining a clean, organized house during downtime.
(Optional) Brainstorm, create, and post engaging social media content to drive foot traffic.
➡️What We’re Looking For
Availability: Evening and Saturday availability is a must.
Experience: Previous hospitality or customer service experience where you've proven your customer-driven mentality.
Skills: A background in bartending is a major plus, but a willingness to learn is just as valuable—we will train the right person!
Logistics: Must have a valid driver’s license.
Vibe: A self-motivated, positive attitude with a genuine love for people, BBQ, and beer.
💰What’s In It For You?
Great Pay: $20.00–$23.00/hour average (base + tips).
