5 years of doing my food truck business and FIVE YEARS I’VE WON #1!

I’ve met so many wonderful people, had incredible experiences and learned SO MUCH.

I wish you guys all the best and who knows…I might see ya again soon but for now my food truck days are over. Again…thank you all for everything.

Hey everyone…kinda hate making this post but the time has come.

I’ve been and continue to be absolutely blessed with my business. In the last year I’ve made some changes and am basically only doing caterings now. I tried to make the food truck work too but it’s simply too much for one man to handle. Between my full time job, caterings, kids, the gym and simply having time for myself it’s damn near impossible and just not doable for me to also run truck anymore. I’ve been running on fumes for six months and I’ve noticed my energy isn’t where it deserves to be.

“Be where your feet are”. Basically be the best version of yourself in the moment you’re in and I haven’t been able to do that for six months. I need to be better and for that to happen I need to lighten my load.

For now I’m putting up the keys to my food truck and will not be out until I’m able to find a little better balance.

I honestly got love for all you guys that have supported the hell out of me. This is something that I love doing but my health, being a dad and time are more important to me.

I will still be taking catering orders and announce when I’m doing dinner trays.

So for now…a huge thanks to every one of you that has supported me for the last 4.5 years.

I hope to see you all continue to support local.

I wish all of you nothing but the best.
