Chef Joey and I traveled to Wissota Chophouse - Chippewa Falls for the Annual Wissota Conference. We are excited to announce that Nicolle Vandenberg was awarded the Employee of the Year for 2025!!! We accepted her award on her behalf and then brought it home and presented it to her. This is a well deserved honor and we are so incredibly proud of her!!!!

Party on the Patio! It's hard to believe this chapter is coming to a close for Mariah and myself. Before we go, we'd love to gather the people who made it special for one last toast together. Mariah has taken a job in Texas and I have taken a position in California. This is our going away/thank you party to thank all of our guest who mean so much to us. Tuesday, September 22 from 4-?
