I customize my tea every morning to what my body is telling me... And this morning my body was telling me that my dog's wouldn't let me sleep last night 😫🫩😴 so the 200mg of caffeine is extra needed today..I need gut health alllll the time and creatine for maximizing my muscles if I've been working out & then a fizzy just for fun 😋✨
