For the last 15 years we have been honored to bring the local Oswego community our version of quality food, made with purpose, effort, and passion. We started out small, and over the years have grown into a local hub for dining, live entertainment, crafted cocktails, and revelry.
Our style, a French take on elevated comfort food and from-scratch approach has given us an identity as a choice for everything from quick weekday stops, to relaxed intimate dinners and family celebrations. We have found ourselves at a point in our personal careers where we are ready for a change. While we have loved what we have been able to offer the community, we have "plateaued" so to speak with the drive to repeat the same process each season, and we look to close that chapter for a while.
So, we instead ask you to join us in a new experiment, as we try something new, new for you, new for us, something to bring a different challenge. Starting this Thursday, September 17th, we will invite you to join us for...... Italian.
Please, however, don't overread into this new chapter. This is not some desperate reach for new customers; it is not a bandaid for struggling sales. We are busy. We are very busy. Perhaps, we are the busiest we have ever been. We are simply bored and want to try something new.
Take a peek in the COMMENTS for our new menu, offering both authentic old world and American Italian delights, featuring homemade pastas, scratch sauces, high quality steaks, fresh-only seafood, and even some old favorites we don't want you to miss.
Stop in and try it out, we think its pretty cool, and we hope you do too.
