Freddie’s Taco Crave Inc. is looking for reliable, experienced, and motivated individuals to join our taco truck team.

We are seeking team members who take pride in their work, understand the importance of customer service, and can perform well in a fast-paced food-service environment.

Positions Available

Experienced Cooks

* Previous kitchen or food-preparation experience required
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Maintain proper food safety and cleanliness standards
* Reliable and dependable
* Positive attitude and strong teamwork

Cashiers

* Previous cashier or customer-service experience preferred
* Comfortable handling cash and customer orders
* Friendly, professional, and organized
* Able to multitask during busy service periods
* Strong customer-service skills

Requirements

All applicants must have:

* Reliable transportation to and from the work location
* Reliable communication and be reachable when needed
* Dependability and punctuality
* Professional attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

❤️🌮 OSWEGO, WE’RE COMING BACK!

Hello everyone! My brother Armando, our partner John Fitzgerald, and I, Adriana Herrada, have decided to start our own food truck, Freddie’s Taco Crave. Our parents are almost 70 and after so many years of running the family business, they made the difficult decision to close the restaurant. We just couldn’t let Freddie’s name and legacy end there. To honor our late brother Freddie and keep his name alive, we’re taking a leap of faith and starting this new chapter. We’ll be right in front of the closed restaurant at 11 S. Madison Street with our new food truck, new company, and a brand-new menu! Don’t worry — the famous steak, chicken, and pastor tacos you all love are coming with us! ❤️ We’re so excited to bring the flavor back to Oswego and we hope you’ll come out, support our family, grab some food, and be part of this new journey with us. To Our Freddie's Off The Chain Family,

We have some bittersweet news to share.

Due to unforeseen personal circumstances, Erika and George of Asadoras are no longer able to continue working in our kitchen. This is not a decision any of us wanted to make, and we are truly saddened to see this chapter come to an end.

Working alongside them has been an incredible experience, and we are grateful for everything they brought to Freddie's. We wish them nothing but the very best and hope that one day our paths cross again.

Thank you to all of our amazing customers for supporting them and supporting us. We appreciate each and every one of you and look forward to continuing to serve you with the same passion and dedication you've always known.
