Basta "Not your Average Pizzeria" Roger Mason is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and the Italian Culinary Academy. Here in ossining.

After successfully working in multiple restaurants and studying in Italy, creating a place to express his passion was ultimately the next step.The focus for Basta is freshness and authenticity. With the use of organic greenhouse, multiple gardens, and help from local farmers, Basta will strive to recreate the dishes and the atmosphere that was learned overseas.
