Meet Chef Matías Donoso, the chef behind the kitchen at 3 Westerly. His passion for cooking began at 18, leading him through years of learning, working alongside talented chefs, and discovering his own style in the kitchen.
After discovering 3 Westerly while walking along the river, Matías knew there was something special about the restaurant. When he joined the team, he found a place where he could grow, take on new challenges, and pursue his dream of becoming a chef.
For Matías, cooking is about more than food. It’s about creating experiences, working alongside a great team, and putting passion and care into every dish.
Today, he’s proud to lead the kitchen and call 3 Westerly home.
