We love bringing the community together for events, workouts, fundraisers & more- all with a mindset around Wellness! As a Nutrition Club, we provide a healthy alternative to many energy drinks and fast food meals on the market. We are open 7 days per week serving healthy Shakes, Energy Teas, and Protein Coffees. We proudly serve products from the 45+ year old Global Nutrition company: Herbalife.

In addition to preparing the drinks for you, we can teach you how to make your own at home, and provide you a meal plan and coaching for your wellness goals!

🇺🇸 Memorial Day Week + SUMMER HOURS Update! ☀️🥤

Just a reminder that we are OPEN TODAY from 8am-2pm as usual — stop in and see Addi today! 💛

We do have adjusted hours on Memorial Day Monday (5/25): 10am-7pm 🇺🇸
AND… next week we’re adding some EXTRA afternoon hours! 🙌

👉 Monday-Thursday next week we will now stay open from through the afternoon, so you can visit us all day long for shakes, teas, coffees, healthy sodas & more! 🎉

Tuesday stays open late until 7pm with Zumba at 6! 💃

Starting in June, our hours will shift slightly to better match when YOU visit us most throughout the summer ☀️ Please check out the updated hours graphic — and don’t worry, we’ll keep reminding you!

P.S. 👀 Sundays are making a comeback for summer!! With more staff availability, we’re planning to bring Sunday hours back starting 5/31 — stay tuned for updates! 🙌🥤
