Our Story

09/09/2026

Twenty years ago, a borrowed smoker sparked a passion for barbecue that eventually became Wild Hogz BBQ.

Today, we're honored to bring that passion to the Musco 50th Anniversary Celebration.

As Musco celebrates 50 years of innovation, growth, and community impact, we'll be serving up authentic slow-smoked barbecue from our restored 1968 food truck. It's a privilege to be part of an event that recognizes a company that has made such a lasting difference over the past five decades.

From our family to yours, thank you for supporting local businesses and allowing us to help make special events even more memorable.

Congratulations, Musco, on 50 outstanding years!

Such a great day celebrating a happy couple getting married at Debbie's Celebration Barn! We were so excited to cook for this beautiful wedding, and the set-up was just wonderful. It's always a good feeling to help create such a special moment for great people. Seeing their smiles and the community coming together makes it all so successful! We served up some delicious BBQ, and I'm truly appreciative of everyone's support. 🎉 Here's to the newlyweds and many positive moments ahead!.

It's been a truly busy week, and I'm so happy to share! We successfully prepared smoked pork chops, which turned out great, We also prepared 3 cheese mac and cheese and delicious bacon baked beans – all for 140 hungry contractors. It’s exciting to see our community support us so much! I'm feeling very positive and appreciative after such a successful event. I can't wait to see what new adventures await us next! 🐷
