Join us on Tuesday next week for our Growing Your Faith night as we welcome head of Morgan's Place Cemetery Mollie Verdier on Tuesday, September 8 at 7:00 pm in the Upper Room.
Mollie Verdier is the wife of a seventh-generation farmer, mother of nine beautiful living children, and the Executive Director of Morgan’s Place Cemetery, Ohio’s only 100% charitable cemetery dedicated exclusively to babies lost through miscarriage, stillbirth, and early infant loss. Her family has experienced both incredible joy and unimaginable heartbreak. In 2018, the Verdiers lost their daughter, Morgan, and just five months later, their son, Marion, one of triplets. Those losses forever changed the course of each of the family’s lives, but the losses also revealed God’s ability to bring purpose from even our deepest pain.
Mollie has the privilege of leading Morgan’s Place, where she walks alongside families during one of the darkest moments of their lives. Every service provided is made possible through the generosity of donors and volunteers, allowing families to focus on healing instead of financial worries.
Mollie is excited to share the love story of her children, the brokenness that led her to serve God more fully through the burial of babies, and how He continues to transform unimaginable loss into a ministry of hope. She hopes to help you discover ways to channel your own grief into love, purpose, and service while honoring the special baby in your life.
We would like to invite you to come early and grab a bite to eat or your favorite beverage If you have questions, please contact Cindy via email at [email protected].
This will be held in the Upper Room at Do Good starting at 7:00 pm. Although we do not take reservations, you can go to our Do Good Restaurant and Ministry Facebook event page and let us know that you will be attending.
