Our biggest needs are in back of the house; dishwashing/busing, Prep cook, line cook. Daytime and night time hours. Generally must be over 15/16 yrs old, looking for people with a good attitude, interested in learning new skills, culinary curiosity, no experience needed- we will train the right individuals.

What exactly is Stracciatella?

Stracciatella is a fresh, soft Italian cheese made by shredding stretched mozzarella curd (pasta filata) and soaking those tender ribbons in rich, fresh cream
