Greek Yogurt Dip:

1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
1/2 teaspoons of garlic 🧄 puree
2-3 sticks of celery
1 whole bell pepper 🫑
1/2 cup of purple potato 🥔 chips
1 tablespoons of olive 🫒 oil
1/4 teaspoons of cayenne pepper 🌶️
1/4 teaspoons of smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoons of black pepper
1/2 teaspoons of dried herbs

Instructions:
In a large plate 🍽️ add the yogurt in the middle, spread the garlic 🧄 all over the yogurt. Add the spices and dry herbs 🌿. On the outside of the yogurt add your celery, potatoes and pepper. Remember you can substitute the vegetables and chips for anything else you like. Serve and enjoy 😉! Graza G.g. Yogurt

Historical Roots

Ingredients to make the waffle 🧇 ��2¼ cups all-purpose flour (270g)
�¼ cup granulated sugar (50g)��1 tablespoon baking powder��¾ teaspoon salt
�2 cups milk (480ml)��½ cup unsalted butter melted (113g)��2 large eggs��2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Spicy 🌶️ Honey 🍯:

1/4 cup of your favorite hot sauce
1/2 lime 🍋‍🟩 juice
1/2 cup of honey 🍯
1 stem of green onion (optional)

Mix all in a bowl and drizzle over your chicken and waffles 🧇 and sprinkle some green onions on top. Serve and enjoy 😉! TRUFF

Chicken Strips:
2 cups of All Purpose Flour (almond flour is a
4 eggs beaten
3-4 cups of bread crumbs (optional you can use Panko)
great substitute)
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Cumin
Paprika
Cayenne Pepper
Salt
Pepper

In a large bowl 🥣 mix your flour and seasonings to your liking. Make sure you mix all of the ingredients together. Set aside, beat your eggs in a smaller bowl. Dip your chicken 🐔 n the egg, then flour, then egg batter, next to the bread crumbs. Set on a tray until your are done with all the chicken. Heat up in a deep frying pan your oil or choice I used Olive 🫒 oil. Fry your chicken until golden brown.

Seasoning for the chicken: salt 🧂 and pepper to taste.

Stuffed Bell Peppers 🫑:
Homemade Cornbread (you can substitute with Jiffy corn mix)
4 bell peppers 🫑 any color of your choice
Shredded cheese 🧀 of your choice
2 big portobello 🍄‍🟫 mushrooms
1 yellow onion 🧅
Salt 🧂 and pepper
1 teaspoons of butter 🧈
1 clove of garlic 🧄
Steps:
Sauté the onions 🧅 and mushrooms 🍄‍🟫 with olive 🫒 oil and 1 teaspoons of butter 🧈, garlic 🧄 and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until tender, then pour into the cornbread mixture . Preheat oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut top of the peppers 🫑 and remove the seeds and wash them with plenty of water. Pat dry and place them in a tray, add some shredded cheese at the bottom of each pepper 🫑. Then fill up your peppers with the cornbread. Place in oven and bake them for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until golden brown and fully cooked! Let them cool, serve and enjoy 😉!
